A modern take on the halo setting, this piece is built around a natural opal that shifts between electric blue and translucent depending on the angle of light. It’s surrounded by a ring of faceted white stones that catch flashes like frost under a moon. 
 
Made entirely by hand in sterling silver, this ring balances softness and structure. It has weight and substance with a touch of class. It has imperfections to be expected by a practicing and self-taught jeweler. The opal in this ring was also cut from a rough piece by me.
