Some items are available in custom sizes, while others are one-of-a-kind and sold as-is. If sizing options are available, they will be listed on the product page.

Yes. Like all precious metals, silver and gold can tarnish over time, especially when exposed to moisture, chemicals, or chlorine pools. This is a natural process and can be reversed with proper care.

Use mild soap, warm water, and a soft-bristled brush to remove dirt or buildup. For minor surface marks, a polishing cloth can be added to your order. For deeper scratches, a professional polish is recommended.

Yes — I welcome custom requests. However, I do not reproduce designs from other brands or artists.

Yes — as long as your order hasn’t shipped, you’re free to modify or cancel. Once it has been dropped off at the post office, you will need to accept delivery or return the item for a partial refund.

Some pieces may be restocked, while others are one of a kind. If you see an out-of-stock item you’re interested in, feel free to place an order — most can be made to order and will ship within 3–5 business days.

Yes — gift packaging is available upon request. Orders are shipped in plain packaging with no logos or business names on the exterior.
