Refund Policy

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please send a photo within 3 days of receiving your package. If the item is not a one-of-a-kind piece, a replacement can be provided. If it is one-of-a-kind, you may choose between store credit (100%) or a refund of 85% of the purchase price.

Custom Orders

Custom and made-to-order items are final sale unless damaged during shipping.
